Josephine Tata Theoway is the Director of the Office of Sponsored Research Services (OSRS) at the University of Liberia College of Health Sciences (ULCHS). She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. She focuses on programmatic and budgetary compliance; providing guidance and oversight on issues related to the fiscal, administrative, and regulatory management of grants, contracts, and sponsored programs from award receipt through closeout.

Konkun Wleh, is the Pre-Award Officer in the Office of Sponsored Research Services. His role is to seek funding opportunities and in turn, provide assistance to faculty members in the development of grant proposals in their areas of research interests. Prior to boarding the ULCHS, Konkun had worked across seven projects in the areas of grants, finance, and procurement/contract management with five different institutions since January 2007. He holds a BBA in accounting and had earned a few certificates.

Ernest S. Mah, is the Post-Award Officer in the Office of Sponsored Research Services (OSRS). He has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA) in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic University and also holds a certificate in Banking and Finance from Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). In his role as Post award Officer, he serves as a liaison between Principal Investigators (PIs) and sponsors, ensures that awarded grants funds are expended in compliance with the award/subaward agreements as well as relevant laws and regulations. He performs budget revisions and assist with complete closeout documents and assist with audits.
